Called for an estimate visit. Company rep came by completed measurements with a laser and told me they would call by middle of the following week. No one called back, e-mailed or any other communication. It's been more than three months since they stopped by. Nothing during the visit indicated they didn't care to help with the job.

Background: My condo building had major construction work done, i.e. replaced all apartment drains in kitchen, washer, all sinks, toilets and tub and shower during period of May through August 2013. I thought it would be a good time to update two small baths and have my tub walls and shower interior replaced with Corian. The installing company did a great job and I tried to use their referred company (Work Right) to do the tub and shower enclosure. On May 30, 2013 I e-mailed Work Right with some preliminary measurements and got a very rough estimate for both ($1,362.00) via e-mail on 5-8-13. I stopped by their showroom in Pearl City and looked at some material samples. The Work Right employee stated they would have to wait until the new tub and shower walls were installed before precise measurements and cost could be completed which was reasonable to me. The building construction was finished in October 2013 and my new enclosures were completed in November 2013. Due to upcoming holiday season and a scheduled trip, I decided to wait until the new year to contract the glass enclosures. On January 29th, I contacted Work Right and reviewed all of the previous contacts as well as my needs then set up an on-site visit for more definitive measurements. I still have the e-mail exchanges. The employee arrived on Monday, February 3, 2014 a little after 8am (he had something to do in Manoa first). He told me they were familiar with my condo as they had done work in the second (of two) buildings previously. He then took measurements in both bathrooms using a laser measuring device. That took about 30 minutes. I asked if he needed a deposit and was told no because mine would not be a custom job. I was told, because my bathrooms were small, installation would only take one day. On that day (February 3rd) I was told that they would call me by the middle of the following week with a cost and scheduling could be set up. As of April 29th, (going on three months) no one has called my home or cell phone or via e-mail. I didn't think it was my place to chase them since, up to then, I initiated all contacts, I thought they should make an effort since they wanted my money. I guess my job was too small or they didn't care so I've made other arrangements.

Absolutely no problems what so ever. Very professional, courteous, friendly and punctual.

There were no problems with the job at all. From quotation to installation all was extremely smooth. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a glass shower door, or tub enclosure.

My husband was trying to regrout our shower, when the dremmel bit flew off into one of the shower glass panes. We called several vendors to find a replacement. All of them, Lowes and Home Depot included, said that we would have to order a pane off-island. After we gave them the measurements, they told us our pane was custom manufactured. Strange, because we live in a Castle and Cooke track home - so I doubt anything about our shower is "custom." All of the companies were quoting us over $700 to replace the small pane. Through a recommendation of a friend's remodeling contractor, we got the name of this company. We gave them the measurements over the phone, they looked in their inventory and said it was an in stock item and would cost about $75 if we wanted to fix it ourselves, or $200 for them to remove the old broken pane and replace it with the new one. We decided we'd had enough excitement with our shower. They fixed it and said they'd bill me later. I had to call them twice to ask for an invoice so that I could pay them. They were very professional and courteous.
