Overall, a job well done!

I called at 0900 yesterday, By 1000 I was getting an estimate by the owner. By 1100, the repairs started. By 1600, only one item remained. At 0900, the next day replacement of the last item began and by 0930, all items were repaired or replaced. The owner inspected the work and asked if I was satisfied with the work. Everything was well done, the electricians were professional, courteous, and mindful of the virus situation we find ourselves in. Finally, considering all the work completed, the cost was reasonable.

Steve showed up on time. He updated me at every juncture of the job. I wanted one part of the job done first and he was able to accomodate me. His team was respectfull to me and my wife and they were mindfull of my cats not getting out of the house. The price was what I expected. The quality of work was great and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend SJ Electric.

The assigned electrician, Koa, completed to work earlier than scheduled and completed another requested repair on the stop with hours to spare. The owner came ahead of the crew to confirm and explain what to expect and also introduced the crew. They were very conscious of the elderly in the home and wore masks throughout the install. Very respectful and great customer service from both of them.

Quick good service

SJ Electric arrived promptly today and provided me with an estimate, which I was happy with. Of course as I do with many contractors, I started adding projects for him to do and he quickly provided me with a revised estimate. I asked when can they do the work, and he stated today or tomorrow if I wanted. I had them start the work and it was completed within two hours. I had them come to replace a circuit breaker and they ended up replacing the circuit breaker, two bathroom GFI plugs, replaced an out door plug with the proper outdoor GFI rated enclosed box., and ran another line in my garage and installed a motion sensor LED security light. They were virtuous, friendly, professional and work and time they took to do the job was excellent.

This company is responsive. I have used them in the past and will continue to call on them. Today, Doug was great, on time, courteous and effective.
