I went to the HomeAdvisor sight in the morning and promptly at 7:30 a.m. Steve called me and said he could be at my residence within the hour. He was. He showed us his license and ID upon arrival and went right to work. He also found our problem within the next hour, called Hawaiian Electric for us, and they came out to check shortly thereafter since Steve said it was probably their problem. Steve was correct. Steve is professional and smart.

I had to call him to remind him of the scheduled time and work on the day he was to arrive at 8 a.m. and at 9:00 I call him with a response time of 30 minutes but he forgot the conversation of needing to bring an 8 ft ladder and a electric smoke detector. He did give me a $50 discount for being late. Note one of the services contracted for was not performed regarding ceiling fans.
