Description of Work: Responsive - returned my call right away, even on Saturday. Showed up on time. Very courteous and professional. Refunded the cost for parts and labor when the repair failed in less than a day. Only charged the service call charge which is fair and customary.

 + -1 moreOverall excellent. He was courteous and answered my questions on the initial call regarding estimates, warranty, and what the problem might be. He set a time for the next day. Before he came he called about an hour before and was prompt. His invoice was very close to the estimate and we used a $20 off coupon from the telephone book to make it even cheaper. Would definitely recommend him to others.
Description of Work: We called Keltech to fix the ice maker in the refrigerator that came with the home we bought a year ago. He checked the ice maker when he came and then replaced it after discussing with me. Took about 20 minutes for the repair.
