Description of Work: John Joyce installed a ceiling fan for me. He also cut a couple of inches off of my outside gate.

 + 0 moreHe picked up the materials and brought them up to the 35th floor, along with all of his tools. He had to use the tile saw in my condo, because I have no balconey. He made sure he was ultra neat and covered all surfaces around it, and he even provided me with ear plugs! He worked proficiently, yet meticulously, paying close attention to detail.
Description of Work: I've hired many sub-contractors in the past, but I have to say John was the best experience I've ever had. He is a perfectionist, neat, polite, punctual, and does amazing work! He tiled my entry way in my condo. He was nice enough to pick up all of the materials and bring them up 35 floors without one complaint! He was gracious, very professional, and I am planning on hiring him for more work in the future. He informed me that he has d deversified skill set, and he can do most any household project. I'm going to have him lay my laminate flooring, install my sliding doors for my tub enclosure, and my mirrored wardrobe closet doors to name a few. I highly recommend you hire John for any household project you want done, and done well.
