I requested quotes from several companies in Hawaii. Hawaiian Style wasn't the lowest priced but they were the most detailed in the quote they provided. I had some changes I wanted made to the current gutters which I discussed with all of the providers I worked with. Only Hawaiian Style included the details of this discussion as a part of the quote. The others claimed the quote included what we discussed when I asked via email but no other provider was as professional as Hawaiian Style. This was the reason I was willing to pay more for their services. Hawaiian Style was also the only provider that included patching any holes after removing my old gutters and painting the facia prior to installing the new gutters. I like to work with people that understand that professionalism and quality work matters. I spoke with Athena on the phone to accept the quote and while speaking with her she learned that I wanted to have midget louvers installed in the attic vents of my home. She included this in my quote at no extra cost since they knew they would be up there painting anyway. That made it easy for me to accept the quote. Hawaiian Style told me it would be about a month before they could do my install but in three weeks they called to say they could come out if I was ready. They arrived on time, removed my current gutters and painted one facia side. They were concerned that the paint they were using wasn't a 100% match with other white trim on my home so they stopped for the day, called me and requested that I have a look and let me know if they should proceed or if I wanted to select another paint color. That's brilliant! I was fine with the paint they were using and told them to proceed. They took two more days to finish my install. They did a GREAT job. They didn't harm my monier tile roof even though they were walking on it for three days. In fact Lawrence found a few spots on my roof that needed repair and did the repair on his own. Not adding any charge to my bill. He truly cares that the job is done RIGHT! If you want your gutters installed with professionalism and a quality result. Look no further and go with Hawaiian Style. It took about a week to get an appointment but once they came the quote was fast, very detailed and professional compared to others I got. The price was little higher but this company seemed more professional and I got a personal reference. I am very happy with the work.
