Warning! I hired DTS Designs for a plantation shutter install in early May of this year. After waiting more than 12 weeks for them to be installed, the owner Stephen Chin has now completely stopped responding to any attempt to contact him. It s been over a month since he has responded to me. At the time I hired him, I paid the 50% deposit he required for the job. He has not refunded the deposit or even responded to my request for a refund despite no work or materials having been delivered after 12 weeks of waiting.

Joseph worked around the obstacles while installing our blinds And was very accommodating and pleasant. He worked fast and did a great job. I would hire him again. .
