"They were 45 minutes late because of traffic so maybe it could not be helped. The main window washer was very courteous and explained why he could not clean our windows really well but later after they left, the next morning as the sun came through the windows, I saw messy streaks and a bad job done by his assistant who had worked on those windows. I would not hire them again because of lack of quality control. The owner of P&E was not there to check on their work."
