Beautifully. Eric took great pains to assure the final product would be perfect, from the demo to reframing messy construction, rewiring plumbing, choosing useful hardware and attractive tile. He took equal consideration of function and style, suggested improvements and provided additional tasks within the agreed-upon budget. Not put off by the couple of days added to the initial projected timeline, I would hire him again for his his thoroughness, thoughtfulness and perfectionism.

My home is well over 30+ years old. No upgrades had been done and I was hoping to find someone that I could trust. Our initial meet went so well that at the end I had no doubt that I found someone forthright and that I could trust. My bathrooms were fully renovated. My kitchen counters and flooring were done as well. Some odds and ends concerning electrical work, plumbing was done. My tile floors were rejuvenated. I dare say that this experience impacted my whole family in a positive way and the transition was seamless. We even are excited about our own DIY projects for the home. Eric made himself available for questions for our projects and now we’re confident going in. We have added a couple more retail outlets of choice, Lowe’s and Home Depot☺! Now when we come home we are having “AAAAHHHHHH Moments!” The family morale is on an upward trajectory!! Eric and his team at All Phases Green were great to work with throughout our home renovation. Through all stages of the project, from planning to close-out, Eric was helpful and informative. He took the time to understand what our end state objectives were and was able to advise us on numerous decisions as we went. He helped us find great deals on materials and assisted with dealing with the suppliers if issues arose. Beyond the project management, the quality of the work was top notch. We are extremely happy with how the work came out. Looks great, on budget, and on schedule.

Eric and his partner were consistent, courteous and conscientious. Debris was taken out daily, and work space kept clean. The project was completed satisfactorily. They took the time to ask outright opinions and went the extra mile to complete the project in the best manner.

There were some unforseen issues during the project that Eric was able to overcome with calm reassurance. He definitely went above and beyond his line of duties and also fixed a light switch that needed to be changed for years! Very knowledgeable and skilled.

Eric was easy to talk with in planning the project and came up with common sense solutions. He did a good job with the project, was on-time and kept things manageable. I have recommended him to friends.

I am very pleased with All Phases Green Services. The work done to remodel my kitchen and bath as well as repainting was excellent. High quality and very detail oriented at an affordable price. Very easy to work with and kept me informed on any decisions necessary throught remodel process. On a side note very bulletproof paint job done. I would reccomend All Phases Green Services to anyone thinking about having their kitchen or bath remodeled or for any other work needed to be done around the house.

Went very well. Eric was there at scheduled time every day. He was very knowledgeable and gave plenty of Information. The jobsite was cleaned every day. The price was very fair and the job looked awesome when completed. The wife and me look forward to re hiring for other projects around the house.

Was very excited about the work to be done, Mr.Eric Thompson guaranteed that he would do a great job and that they were very reasonably priced. Scheduled an appointed for the next day to do a quote at the property since he was going to come and walk his dogs that day. Waited all day for Mr. Thompson to meet me and he never showed up and he did not call. When I finally called to see what was going on and why he did not show up for the estimate, he replied that he decided not to walk his dogs and wasn't able to make the appointment. I felt that he was not a reliable person whom I could trust.

I am amazed on the outcome of my new shower. He was extremely professional & recommended on what was best to do. I wanted a new tub, but he said it would be better to do a stand up shower where I am still able to give my dogs a bath. It looks very modern & I’m so in love with it! If you need a remodel, you won’t be disappoint on the outcome!

The 750sf flooring project was completed on time and for quoted cost. The technician did a quality job, was very pleasant to communicate with, and kept the.job site clean and safe. I would definitely use this company again and have already recommended them.
