+ -1 moreWe contacted this business by phone. We gave owner/operator the measurements of the rugs & he gave us a quote. We made an appointment to have our rugs cleaned in less them one week. It was effortless on our behalf. He arrived on the date & time we agreed on. He introduced himself then verified what we wanted cleaned. He unloaded the equipment & proceeded to clean the rugs. He did an excellent job, the rugs looked fantastic. The price he quoted us was the amount we were billed. I will use this business again & again.
