Takai Masonry is a local, privately owned and operated masonry company. We provide full-service stone, brick, block and concrete design work. With over 20 years of experience, which began right here in Hawaii, we specialize in stonewall, sea-wall, retaining wall and landscape edging designs. It is a family business with strong family values, understanding the needs and desires of the client and their families. Our philosophy is very simple, "provide the best service we can every time". This means taking pride in what we do. We would be pleased to meet with potential clients, designers and builders to discuss their masonry and landscape needs. Together we can create a new and beautiful masonry & landscape environment and new friendships. Our services are available for both residential and commercial properties. In addition to new and custom design work, we offer restoration and preservation services on existing structures. We are licensed, bonded and insured and provide quality service and guaranteed work.

Pauli Takai had installed a 20-foot two-tiered rock wall for the previous owner that encompasses the entire front yard and had done an EXCELLENT job. So I hired him to fix our back wall and install a short retaining wall for garden plantings. He and his crew were efficient, professional, and skilled. The quality of their work has consistently been first-rate. Pauli is easy to work with and communicate with. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.
