Good timely service. Many years in business.

I would have liked to use this company, but they do not seem interested in my business. First, it took them well over a week to draw up a simple quote for me, and that was only after I called to remind them that they were supposed to be sending me a quote. When they drew up the quote, they only focused on the cost of an optional service that was not my priority. Next, I requested a follow-up quote for the yard services that were a priority for me, which was (again) over a week ago. They have not gotten back to me with a quote yet, and frankly, I'm fed up with this. I have a homeowner's association to deal with and I can't be waiting around for a month just to get a quote! It's absolutely unacceptable business quality to me. ***Update*** Shortly after posting this, I tried phoning other companies and could not even get a return call. I tried phoning Reliable again and they promptly sent the email with my quote. I was told that they had sent it after my initial request, and it must have been dumped in my spam folder--however, I'm not sure that I believe this, as I did receive their first quote. In any case, while the initial cost quoted to me was much more than I expected ($800), the second quote for general lawn care was affordable. As the yard is in bad shape, they offered to do a one-time for $400 to get it back into decent shape, and then it will be about $100/bi-weekly to maintain. (Our yard wraps around the entire house and has a couple of trees and a Japanese-style garden.) I will update my review after the service. For now, I will close out in saying that while the customer service is a bit lacking, it's better than other out-of-home companies that get calls direct to their personal voicemail.

Once again Reliable Landscaping and Sprinklers has done an outstanding job. They go above and beyond, always on time and quickly redid my entire yard from the grass to the flower beds to the sperinklers. The end produc was exactly to the plan with added touches of artistic appeal. The company's president himself was my direct contact and on site supervisor. I have also contracted them to maintain the yard with bi-monthly service. Can't say enough good things about their whole team. Quality, pricing, zero interest financing. All exceeded my expectations.

The company and the rep were professional. Their estimate was detailed and was easy to understand. The rep was accessible and knowledgeable. On the work days, we had three guys to work on the job and they finished it in two days. They were prompt, courteous and hard workers. We were very happy with their work and we highly recommend Reliable Landscaping and Sprinklers to anyone.

They did exactly what I wanted them to do. They were good. They were supposed to plant a lemon tree with little thorns but the one they planted had big thorns. They had recommended rosemary and fire cracker plant but the one overwhelmed the other. They built the planter well.

They have listened to use as far as design. When things come up I call them up and they say sure and they add that to the plan of Landscape.

I was disappointed to find that they don't do the maintenance of their own work. I had to hire someone else to come out and do monthly maintenance of my yard.

The owner is very knowledgeable and comes and gives you advice on how he would landscape for you. He gives you prices and different ranges. He also will follow up and do monthly check ups. The staff that comes to help him are also very, friendly and respectful. We have used him for many years after trying others and we have nothing but good things to say about him.

They did a good job. I would use them again.

They are very good. They have a reputation in Hawaii for being the best. Their price shows it. If their prices where a little lower I would have gone with them again. The owner came out, showed me what needed to be done, and why that needed to be done. They are very knowledgeable.

Called on Friday afternoon. Contractor responded the next day on time. Work was quick and disruption to the lawn was minimal. After completion, the lawn was restored as near as posible to pre-repair conditions.

The price was excellent and there were NO change orders. The overall landscape and irrigation work was performed as per contract specifications and the workers were extremely punctual and considerate. My only suggestion would be that you ask to see pictures and do a little research on the plants that are suggested.

The job was completed within a week, very professional.

Service agent arrived on time, assessed the problem with the sprinkler system, provided estimate, and, with my approval, repaired the system for a fairly reasonable price,. He was courteous and informative at all times. For the major yard work, the same agent provided detailed estimate for entire yard renovation and installation of sprinkler system, but I decided to retain the services of another landscaper whose estimated was half of Reliable Landscaping. It should be noted that Reliable Landscaping does excellent work, but at higher costs than other service providers. The proivder I did hire confirmed that Reliable Landscaping is one of the best.

I give them very specific instructions, and they do what I want. They are okay. I would recommend them to other people.

It went very smoothly. We received regular updates and we never felt a pause once work started on our back yard. I recommend Reliable Landscaping to anyone looking to re-vitalize their outdoor spaces. Alan took all of our ideas into consideration and listened to what we wanted. They even doggie-proofed our landscaping!
