First of all, i want to say that he was very prompt in returning my calls, second of all he was very flexible and willing to work with my schedule to suit my needs. Todd was very knowledgeable and passionate about his business so much so that it seemed more like a hobby than anything else, it really made me feel like i could trust the advice he was giving me man to man rather than he was just trying to sell a product to pay his bills. All around it was a great experience working with Todd, he presents his business very professionally yet in a relaxed atmosphere that is pressure free and not confusing for the computer illiterate. I will be absolutely be using his services again and will be recommending him to all my friends and coworkers on island that need computer work done.

Todd has been a friendly and invaluable resource in helping us fix our computer problems. He has taken the time to really teach us how to be more responsible computer owners and how to keep our equipment safe and running smoothly. Todd has now fixed our desk top and our laptop! I was impressed with his friendly demeanor, his knowledge about all aspects of computer servicing and repair, and his availability in answering any questions I may have about my computer. I needed my computer repaired quickly for my job, and he went out of his way to accomodate me. He made me feel very comfortable and it was easy for me to trust him. He treated me with respect and I would recommend his services very highly.
