The yard is nice,but about four layer of grass is old,or semi dead.I put a lot of water ,but it's still not doing well.Other than that,the yard is nice.

We installed it ourselves but they were very efficient and professional. We would recommend them!

Originally we thought we were offered a very good deal and discount because we were a church/preschool; however, the contract stated the following: and quot;Hawaiian Turfgrass does not offer any warranty on El Toro Zoysia survival or grow in and is not liable for any reason to be responsible for or if any problems arise due to grass not growing, poor drainage, nutgrass/weeds, insect, bacterial, or fungus, not watering enough, wind affecting water distribution, bad maintenance practices, or too much sun.and quot; One week after installation, we saw a section of sod was totally brown. We contacted Hawaiian Turfgrass who came out and replaced the brown grass and readjusted the sprinkler system. As of 09/02/2013 we still see sections of the grass, even though watered, doesn't appear to be growing. Additionally we asked on numerous occasions for a formal diagram of the newly installed sprinkler system. We have yet to receive a response. Additionally we have several pieces of the sod contain nutgrass/weeds which we had to treat separately. As noted above, this contractor includes in his contract that he is not responsible for any of the installed sod that contains nutgrass. Needless to say, we are disappointed in the lack of follow up. While we greatly appreciated a discount because we are a church, we believe the overall quality of service did not live up to expectation. *** UPDATE as of 130910*** Owner Sean contacted me and explained he'd been off island and was vey apologetic that my emails went unanswered. He immediately set up an appointment to come out and inspect our property on 9/9/2013. Immediate changes where made to our sprinkler systems to address the dry sod issue. He will provide the requested sprinkler system layout within a week and return on 9/14/2013 to see how the corrective measures are working. It's very evident Sean desires customer satisfaction and is eager to resolve all of our concerns. I am confident he will.
