+ -1 moreThe company was recommended to me by a friend. The worker spread a tarp on my cumaru solid wood floors before cleaning the sofas, however he over-sprayed and walked all over the floors with his wet bootie- covered construction boots. The boot prints could not be removed using Bona and other wood cleaners. Office staff told me to provide remediation bids. The bids cost an additional $150 to obtain. After filing an insurance claim, the adjuster, manager and worker returned to my home.The company removed the boot marks with a commercial solvent. After they left, I noticed the floors had buckled in places that previously were flat. The company left four dings and a big X in the wood flooring. As a result, I cannot recommend this company unless your floors are linoleum, tile or carpet.
Description of Work: The company cleaned two suede cloth sofas and three small rooms of carpet.

Description of Work: I have used Can Clean' s services many times over the years. They have been cleaning my carpets for years and just last year I had a water pipe break on my washing machine and it started to flood my condo and the condo below. I called them and they were there in twenty minutes and saved me from what could have been a very expensive disaster and liability. Can Clean's staff is always professional, polite and thourough. Description of Work: We had carpeting in our main living areas steam cleaned. The technician arrived as scheduled, measured the area and provided a written estimate of the cost. He did a very thorough job and we were pleased with the results.

+ -1 moreIt can be challenging to get an appointment when you need it because they are busy so I would recommended to plan ahead and call early. Sometimes the next appointment is a week away, but the wait is worth it. On our jobs, they showed up on time and advised us what to expect. They spend the time and used the effort necessary to get the job done. We always experienced excellent results on their cleaning service.
Description of Work: Over the years, we used Can Clean Hawaii to clean the carpets at our home and rental units. We request our renters to use their service when they move out. When our renters decide to use another carpet cleaner, sometimes the results are disappointing. I can always depend on Can Clean Hawaii to do the best possible job. They use a special equipment that other carpet cleaning companies don't use, or at least I have not seen in my experiences. In addition to the hot water extraction machine that most cleaners use, Can Clean Hawaii uses a whirly-bird type of machine that really deep clean the carpets. It's the most effective technology I have seen to remove the really bad stains.

+ -1 moreThey always arrive on time and clean the carpets or extract water from flood damage or plumbing leaks. They follow their cleaning and extraction with vacuuming. They use special equipment which extracts more water than most carpet rental equipment. They respond to emergencies as needed.
Description of Work: Can Clean Hawaii arrives on time, cleans the carpet and reports any problems which they cannot clean (rare). I have used their services for more than 10 years and actually require my tenants to use them when vacating a property with carpet. They removed coffee stains from a white carpet (which had been cleaned by another company by the tenant); which saved the cost of replacing the carpet. They have extracted water from storm and water leaks which had soaked the carpet.
