It was initially hard to get a hold of Ryan but when i did it was smooth sailing from there. It was easy to make and appointment with him for a free estimate and he came on time. He quickly came up with a design plan in his head and how to do the a/c piping so a majority of it was hidden. He sent an electrician to quote me a price for the subpanel. He handled a paid out the electrician. He then waited for me 1 1/2 months to get association approval for the condensing units. He also followed up with me in a non-threating way while the approval was being processed. He also worked around my schedule to quickly install the units. He then sent a crew of 4 guys to quickly install my units they were in and out of the house in about 3-4 hours. The electrician he worked with was also able to come that same day and hook up my units to power. I would have liked the electrician he had come over consult with me about the way he would run his conduit because of our association rules it needs to be done a certain way. After the fact Ryan did all he could and sent out another crew to remedy the situation. He also never required me to put a deposit down i was just able to pay him all at once after the project was complete. Overall he is a great and professional guy.
