Branch Out Tree Service

They came out. ..said they would get back to me with an estimate..,Never bothered to contact me again ..my neighbor said they did the same to him.., don't waste your time on these " cherry pickers"

The crew worked efficiently and safely. They were polite and mindful of the fence, gate and ornamental shubbery that could have been damaged if care was not exercised. They cleaned up every bit that was cut. Oh, and the trees look great!

We called in April 2015to have trees trimmed/removed. We were told that they were booked until June and they provided a quote for the work. We were happy they were able to send a regular lawn maintenance crew and we were happy with the service (other than mowing the garden vegetables). We never know when they will show up but they seem to always come the day after my husband already mows the too tall grass. But the workers are very hard working and do a good job of keeping the yard looking good. They don't speak English so sometimes it's hard to communicate and give direction (like please don't mow the vegetables). Back to trees. The tree crew did not show up in June, and a tree already has fallen on the ohana damaging the roof. Husband called in July, and Branch-Out said they had some issues with hiring workers and they would be here next month (August). Too late! I can't wait 4 months with neighbors complaining about trees going through the fence and tree limbs falling on the roof. Additionally, the quote we were given was for removing Christmas Berry bushes (we don't have any) and didn't even mention the panax and fan palms, which we need trimmed/removed. So we got someone else's quote. Branch-Out was going to send out a brand new crew this week, but without a foreman and we said no! We need a *managed* crew and someone to talk to. I think they are just too busy and understaffed for new business. We hired them because they have done a great job (long time) for my neighbors, but we didn't get the same quality service. I'm sure they'll be great if they grow their service and hire more crew, but I can't wait for that time and need a new tree trimming service now.

Crew showed up on time, started preparing to work with tools and machines. They first trimmed the tree of branches. One man cutting the other picking up and another grinding it with the machine straight into their trucks. David is vwell organized in setting up his men. No one standing around here. Cut the mango tree down with no stump left behind, we could now see the beautiful West Maui Mountains. Two other bushes in our front yard where taken out. The front yard looked huge. We also hired Branch Out Tree Service to do our maintenance of our home. They mowed, trimmed bushes (very nicely) and weeded. Beautiful work. They did a better job then we have for the past 3 years. Made a world of difference. Highly recommend David and his crew.

It went great, as usual. We have used Branch Out for years. Very professional. Owner is a certified arborist. His crews are fast, but careful, and they clean everything up so well.
