Greg was initially late for our first meeting, so I gave him a "B" on that one, but overall he has been the most honest and hardworking guy I've ever hired. He's reasonable and the workmanship of those he has on his crew is excellent. He keeps accurate receipts and can provide detailed invoices when needed. I didn't initially have that much work, but once I saw the quality and value in his services, I took him to my other homes and at this point, he's been working with me for about a month now. My neighbor and my coworker already have him signed up so he may not be available for a few weeks, but it would be worth the wieght. One day I met his son as he was laying time in our new house and was immediately impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. That is one well put-together family!I could go on about details for pages, but I'll summarize with this: I am blessed to have found Greg and his crew. I will continue to hire him for my projects from now on. He turned my mind around about contractors after being burned so many times. Thanks Angie's List!

I called Greg for an estimate to come remodel my bathroom and other projects at my home in Aiea. When I called, he came the same day to look at the projects and was very polite and courteous. He emailed me an estimate a few days later and I contacted him that we would like to use him for the project. We purchased all the materials for the (bathroom) remodel per our agreement, as the estimate he gave was for labor only. He stated that he would start the following week. I waited at home for him on the agreed day, he never showed up. When I called him he didn't answer and I left a voicemail. The next few days: still no response. He finally called my husband several days later and stated that he was held up on a roofing job in Nuuanu that was delayed because of rain or something. I called him back and told him no problem, give me a call when he thought he would be available. He stated he would be done with the roofing job the following Wednesday and would begin our job. I had to work so I told him I would leave the key under the mat for him, locked the dog in the basement, he said no problem. When I got home from work that evening we agreed he would show up, nothing. No word, no phone call, no show. I called him (no answer) waited a few days, called again (no answer again). Nothing. So, basically, the job wasn't done, no money exchanged hands, so I cannot comment on his workmanship, but his lack of response is very unprofessional. If you are too busy to do the job, or don't want to do it, at least have the decency to tell us. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I was excited to work with him, people seem to like his work on here, I'm just not sure what happened. So, be wary, hopefully he doesn't do this to you. PS- this went on for about a month and a half before I finally stopped giving him the benefit of the doubt

I called Greg and he was very courteous and professional from the start. He met me at the property, gave me a lot of feedback on what I needed to get done and gave a fair estimate, which he stuck to. We decided I would purchase all materials and have them at the house, however, he did pick up the ceiling materials. He and his crew showed up by 8am and worked all day to get the job completed in one day. They all worked very hard and did an excellent job. Greg is very honest and hardworking, I will hire him again

Greg was awesome. He actually answered his phone, reviewed photos of my project immediately and provided an estimate. He was booked solid so he referred me to Brenson Johnson to do the actual work. Brenson was able to accomodate me immediately, coming to my house in Kaimuki that day (noteworthy, as he lives in Laie!) to look at what was required and then completing the project with a high level of quality in a short amount of time on the day I needed it done. I would definitely refer both guys to anyone!
