We've used them for window cleaning, cleaning out carpets, use them to clean my house twice a week and we use them at times for our property management business when needed. I've been using them for years. There is a language barrier between me and the workers. It's a fairly big company so you can always get them when you need them.

Results were very unsatisfactory . A team of 6 cleaners came. One woman was assigned to clean the blinds. She had to be taught how to do it by the lead, she simply brushed the blind top to bottom, I wanted each blind wiped individually. They had to assign someone else to help her. She seemed to resent being asked to wipe blinds again that we're still dusty. $150 for maybe 2 hrs of work.... Wow The main reason PWC was hired was to clean the GROUT. I can clean tile floors. I have used chemical cleaners on the grout but scrubbing it is difficult for me. PWC seemed to know what grout cleaning required. Their team seemed to treat it as a floor cleaning. They spent their time putting on treatments on the tile and steam cleaning it. They saw that the grout was still brown and started scrubbing with a toothbrush. I lent them the wire grout brush I used. Then they started scrapping away the top layer of grout with a knife. But since they spent so much time on the tile, the didn't have time left to do the grout. I felt like crying - $350 and the grout looks the same. All they did was what I do with my Shark steam mop. I wanted them to do the grout not the tile!! The team of people were trying to do a good job, but they have no experience with the job they took on. I had hoped to hire PWC to do biweekly or monthly general cleaning. I have had great luck with house cleaners in the past, so this was a surprise!!!
