Description of Work: Installed new deadbolt and rekeyed 5 locks. Good communication as person would answer the phone, schedule, and also alert you of arrival time changes if they were going to be late. Locksmith was personable and efficient. Quality of work appeared excellent.

+ -1 moreGlenn arrived to my vacation rental on time, changed out the lock rather quickly, placed batteries in the lock (that I had forgotten to purchase beforehand), tested the lock several times, and then took the time to show me the instructions and go over the features of the new lock. Glenn was very polite and quite helpful in showing me how to use the new lock system.
Description of Work: Changed lock for vacation rental from a electronic key reader to a Resort lock with key code access.

+ -1 moreThey were just wonderful! They were covered under AAA so we didn’t have to actually pay them anything and they refused to accept a tip from us. They even gave us tips on where to go as well as where to avoid on the island. We were extremely happy with their service and they made our vacation very enjoyable!
Description of Work: They came out after hours when my husband locked the keys in the truck of a rental car.
