 + 0 moreGreat Came in every day at 9am Gave his insurance to the office and added the resort The Royal Kahana has strict rules for vendors. Jon has all the paperwork required and more he is nice to the office people. At the end gave me a bill and I wrote him a check with a bonus for finishing so fast.
Description of Work: I just purchased a Condo/Vacation Rental it was aged. My agent recommended Jonny and he was over the next day. 3 Days later Carpet was like new Tile clean and sealed then he installed a Backsplash in the kitchen area. hung a flat screen Tv on concrete wall New Mirror New Lights Nobs on the cabinets and more I love this guy He turned my new piece of paradise into a new fresh look. Mahalo

 + 3 moreMet Jon at the resort by chance in the elevator. Later he came by and gave us a quote. Carpet was $155.00 for 2 bed room, Upholstering was extra However we have a ocean front condo and lots of tile. So that always costs alot. $1.55 to $1.65 a foot I think He vacuums the rooms, cleans the floors with the machines,dusts the molding and little polish on the furniture. He has lots of projects he is working for many owners. Want him in and out so they can rent it with no restrictions. At the end he suggested hard water spots can be removed and use of LED can save lots of money and bulb replacement issues. Thats his next project for us. Thanks Jon
Description of Work: Jon, was very professional. Great all round Handy Man at last has arrived. We have a 2 Bed room Vacation rental at Honua Kai Resort We needed carpets, couch and 500ft of Travertine tile cleaned. Completed the entire job in one day. Great Job. Moved all the furniture, dusted the furniture and carpet molding/trim? boards a nice extra touch. We could of rented it the next day if needed. We also had him come back to remove the hard water spots from our shower door and surrounding panels. Working on a preventative maintenance program too, Our Bosch Dryer was always acting up. He is pricing out LED conversion from Halogen M16 bulbs to LED to reduce our carbon foot print and reduce monthly electric costs. We look forward to a great relationship with Dbest.
