Best Screen

Description of Work: The screens needed to be replaced in the screen door and a small window screen. He showed up a half hour after I called. His price seemed ok. He opened the screen door very wide to start (not sure why), and the screws pulled out of the door jam attachment of the pneumatic door closer. Never had a problem before. Granted, the screw holes had been previously stripped and repaired with shims, and the four screws were all different sizes (i.e. not well done to begin with). He fixed the screens quickly and the job seemed fine, but he could not put the screws back in that had ripped out. He went back to his truck to get an extra part and drill, but didn't have the materials needed to do the job properly. He didn't charge me for the extra 10 min. he spent, but left me with a broken door closer that he couldn't fix. I think he should have been better prepared to take care of the unexpected problem, or at least more apologetic or willing to suggest another repair service. This is a condo, not our primary residence, and I don't have tools, etc. here, so I had to spend most of the day going to Home Depot, buying a drill, anchors, screws, etc. to fix the problem. I think he wanted to collect his $103 for a half hour of easy work, and be on his way - can't blame him, but not a professional attitude.
