Description of Work: I called this company right before we left to go to Barbados on vacation.I wanted to come home to a clean home! I was told after they cancelled coming out to do estimate 3 times. They s told that they did not clean homes in our area.They only cleaned high end homes. Well,we spent only 776,000 on our Maui home,they just assumed that when i told him where we lived, in PUKALANI, THAT WE LIVED IN A NOT SO NICE HOME. I have to say that this really put my husband and I over the edge. We are very used to the work ethic in Maui,there is none. We looked for another home on the mainland,and found it! We now live in Oregon,where people are nice,workere actually DO the work you hired them to do.

Description of Work: we have 900 sf second floor condo and providide rags,wraps, brooms,.sprays, rags, vacuum and steamer for hard wood bamboo floors and asked to have the grand childrens paw prints wiped off lania slider glass door and kitchen counters and appliances wiped down well as the guests were leaving - none of what was specifically asked for was performed.ie the Wood floors were erraticall swept not moving furniture, glass and appliance ignored.The guests completed the work.

Description of Work: We hired White Glove to clean our 3 bedroom home after we moved out. My wife and I was not able to give them a lot of notice and needed it done fast. The owner (Stacy) brought her team in a knocked out our house in just a few hours. The property manager came through and could not find one thing wrong. We were sooo happy and the stress of this inspection was gone. The owner was very nice and understanding and I would recommend Stacy and her team to anyone. They were great!
