+ 0 moreChris was very professional and had a great sense of humor which provided comfort in a stressful situation. He was punctual, knowledgeable and could answer all the questions and also gave options and great advice for our situation. After we discussed the repairs needed, we agreed to the work and Chris fixed everything as promised. He also cleaned up the area worked on and was very thorough. Richard's Drain & Plumbing is a small mom and pop company which provides excellent personalized service. We will absolutely use them again and recommend them .
Description of Work: Replace two washing machine valves, hot and cold with stainless steel intake hoses that are burst resistant. Replaced two sink stems and catch for the drain, and piping below the sink.
