+ -1 moreOne of my neighbors in my complex referred them to us, because we were looking for a new cleaning service for our condos on Maui. We live on the mainland and needed a good company to take care of our units on Maui for us. We loved the fact that they are very punctual and professional. Anything that we need or the guest need they take care of. They send us emails and pictures of any situation with our units. Any repairs that need to be done in the unit, they take care of it. So it gives us a piece of mind that we are in good hands.
Description of Work: As a property owner on Maui it gives me a great pleasure of saying that Extreme Maintenance has been the best company that we have ever used and we will continue to use. We hired them to clean and maintain coupe of our properties on Maui. We were impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. It's a great family owned company - that treats you like family. Another great thing that their company offers is a full maintenance department, that takes care of any types of repairs to your unit, plumbing, electrical, painting ect. They give you great security and peace of mind that you property is properly taken care of.
