Description of Work: They charged $260 just for an assessment. They had installed all our ACs (we have spents Thousands of dollars with them) we had been getting regular service, had been regular customers for years, then they pull this fee for assessment. I called another AC supplier and even they were appalled that we were charged this fee.

Description of Work: I tried to schedule them to change pre existing central air conditioning into zone air conditioning. I was told they could do it and they would call me back to schedule for an estimate. Then I was called back and said they are too busy and wont even bid on the work. I could have waited a month or two...but that wasnt even an option. They dont want the business at all. You would think people who own a service company would want to provide service and get paid for it. But I guess they operate differently.
