Will's Plumbing & Heating

No calls received from Wills Plumbing! Probably, because he is in Keaau which is 100 miles away from Kealakekua?. No EMail contact either? No quotes given?

I showed Will the location of the leaking pipe and before arriving he let me know it would be $125 per hour, to which I agreed to. I also showed him my interior issues which were to replace a rusting kitchen sink faucet, which I had already purchased for him. When I asked him for an estimate on time, he became concerned that I wanted to know. He then told me he wouldn't take the job and told me "**** you". When I asked why he said that I was already complaining about the time it would take to do the job. I told him how unprofessional this was and when he said it would take two hours I said that's fine, I wanted him to do the job and he simply wouldn't and became very unprofessional in his language. Completley unprofessional and unacceptable to me.

Excellent job every time! Superior skills and professionalism, and extreme proficiency on major jobs. Reasonable prices. Very reliable and trustworthy. This contractor has an upstanding character and great personality.

It went great. Will was prompt, very polite, and happened to know my brother who is also in the contruction business! Will came to give me a quote on what I thought was a "pin p****" leak in my pipes. As it turned out, there was no leak, but there was a huge fire ant nest in my walls! While he was here, he fixed a leaky faucet in the downstairs bathroom.

Will provided me with a written estimate for the job. He was very prompt and detailed with the estimate. He arrived on time for the job and everything went exactly as he said it would. Will answered every question I asked, clearly and patiently. When he was done, he left the site in a clean and presentable condition. I highly recommend him.

I got him off of Angie's List. He came out in a beat-up old car and told me that he had to go to town to get the part and he would charge me $90 an hour to go to town to get the part which is absolutely out of the norm of how plumbing is done. Town is a half-hour drive away and he was going to take at least 2 hours. I did not have a positive experience with Will's Plumbing. I did not use him. His estimate was in thousands for a job that I eventually did for about $800. It was way above and instead of wanting to route the plumbing properly under the house, he proposed routing the plumbing on the exterior wall of the house so he didn't have to crawl under the house.
