Description of Work: Refrigerator was warm & tech was able to solve the problem, ice had built up in the vent thus blocking the cold air from the freezer into the fridge. He had to melt the ice in the vent and voila now my refrigerator is working. The only thing I wished he had done was to wipe up the melted ice which was on the bottom of the fridge, but it was minor since he was so prompt & came quickly so my food was saved.
