Hawaii Catchment replaced a 15K gallon galvanized steel tank they had installed in August 2009, because they built it 7ft on the neighbors property. I had my house for sale, in escrow, and the surveyer found this problem.They SAID they initially built it where the old one was..... NOT!!! I have the initial survey to prove it!!! Hawaii Catchment charged me FULL price to take down the existing tank and move it. They paid for the breaking of the existing cement ring and the haul away of the debris. I suggested they we pay equally, share the expense......they said NO. I was caught between a rock and a hard place as my house was in escrow and was due to close escrow in less than ten days, and I was under contract, so I paid the money and got it done. They didn't do the work themselves, they subcontacted it out to Peter Vana, Jr. We closed escrow on time, thank goodness. I would NOT recommend Hawaii Catchment to anyone.......

Very well. The owner himself did the installation with a couple of helpers. They did all work in 2 days. They came on time and worked very quickly. Very professional. They provide the thicker steel tank, which will last longer, for the same price as the other competitor in town. They also provide the food-grade liner and coat the exterior tank, so that the tank will last longer. It is hard to get a hold of them on the phone, but if you spend some time in their office you will know why. They are busy with visitors and callers. You need to keep calling or leave messages. They are very reliable people who strive to provide the better quality tanks to the customers and they will provide very honest opinion and best advice on which filter to purchase.

Evrything went smoothly and I had a brand new water tank in 1 day!

We purchased our water reservoir tank about twenty years ago. It started rusting, so we called him. He kept putting us off. He finally came out two weeks later after rescheduling several times. He got out of his truck, looked at the tank and told me that he couldn't do anything with it. He then got in his truck and drove away. He had purchased the company, so he wasn't the original person that we purchased it from. They told me that they would charge me $75.00 to look at the tank. He said when he did the job then he would take the money off the total. I didn't expect for them not to do the work. He and his wife were friendly on the phone. He may have been having a bad day.
