Initially I found this company on Yelp but I was even more pleased to see the favorable reviews at Angi's website. I made contact Dec 3, 2023 with Aaron and supplied him with the list of plumbing repairs. After more than 3 weeks he contacted me on Dec 27 to apologize that he got tied up with a large project but would be able to schedule early the following week. To date (Feb 29, 2024) there has been no callback from Aaron. The repairs are now an emergency with a March 31, 2024 deadline. As a longtime member of Angi's list and born and raised in Hawaii, I thought I was hiring the best person for the job. Instead I am thoroughly disappointed and disheartened. So much so I felt I needed to share my experience. Frankly, I would have had more respect if Aaron had just told me up front that he wasn't interested or didn't want to take the job so I could hire someone else more responsive, efficient and professional.

Came early, friendly and knowledgeable.

Plumber came the very next morning and right on time for a possible plumbing leak. It was not leaking when he arrived but he noticed my fixtures were covered in lime and said it was due to my water filters not being changed often enough. He then changed my two filters “free of charge” and said to call him again if the leaks reappears. Superior customer service…I won’t be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs from now on!

A-Tech plumbing did a great job! I’m super happy with the dishwasher installation, it was professional and most of all quick! Hard to find quick and reliable in the Puna District. Would definitely recommend and I would hire again for any future projects/remodels. Aloha

My master room drains were clogged. I called plumbers that were referred to me but no one called back. Then I saw A-Tech Plumbing in the Nextdoor app and he actually answered the phone! That’s unheard of in Puna. Not only did A-Tech answer my call, they came out on the same day! His price was so reasonable and affordable that I will definitely keep their number in my Fav-5 of service providers. Not only is A-Tech reliable, they do a professional and complete job and cleaned up beautifully before leaving my home with all faucets and drains flowing like new, and he’s a good guy too. Call A-Tech. He shows up and gets the job done!

His friendly and professional demeanor put me at ease, and he was fantastic with my kids, making the situation much less stressful for our family. Aaron's quick and efficient work resolved the issue, and he left my home in impeccable condition, cleaning up thoroughly.
