Prompt and courteous, they answered all the questions that I had regarding the install. My experience with Windows Hawaii was very pleasant from START to FINISH. I highly recommend their services.

+ -1 moreInstallers are very professional and knowledgable of their job duties. They explained what and how they were going to demo the existing patio door. They covered the entire area to collect any debris that would be generate from the demo. Stocked old doors and garbage for pickup the next day by another crew. Once completed clean the entire area, doors and glass. Provided paperwork and explained the invoice, pickup of trash, payment and warranty information.
Description of Work: Assist us with providing a solid solution for our patio door replacement. Provided multiple discounts with the price quote. It would be nice to have an itemized list of all costs with the final invoice.

+ -1 moreThey did everything that they said they would do. And more they put new trim up instead of using the old trim. They were clean hauled away all the old windows. Perfect job
Description of Work: Removed old windows replaced with new windows. Replaced trim on exterior with new trim also fixed any drywall on interior that was damaged from old rain when it wet the dry wall. Prior windows were there for 40 years. New windows energy effect and double Paine. The workers were very professional and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. This is the second time I used them they did the renovation of my 1. St floor now they have done the Reno of my second floor. My designer recommended them and we trusted him to make sure we were getting the best value and the best product. And he was correct. They open and close so smoothly and I feel secure with the extra safety glass and security locks that the added at no cost to me. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: So far, all of my experiences with Windows Hawaii have been top notch! I had two rusted windows that I needed to replace, and on the recommendation of a colleague, I called Windows Hawaii. Mario, the General Manager, came out and took time explaining the benefits of their product. He was so convincing, I asked him for a quote on 8 windows instead of 2. And then the price was so fantastic, I couldn't pass it up. I know Mario spent so much more time than he ever planned, but he never rushed through any of it. Then Kurt came out to take measurements. He was friendly, efficient and helpful. I had a few specific questions on installation that he was able to answer - all good news to me! He spent time going over some of the glass patterns when we were talking about opaque glass for the bedrooms. He even showed me one that wasn't in the brochure yet, and told me I could see them all at their office. Once I made that decision, he ordered the windows Immediately. Mario told me it could be about 3 months before the windows arrived. I happened to be talking with the office staff about that time, so I asked if I could get an update on the status of my windows. Within a day, Kurt called me back to let me know that my windows would be finished this week and then on their way. EVERYONE, from the office staff to Mario and Kurt, has been so courteous and helpful on all occasions! I couldn't be more pleased with my choice at this point.

Description of Work: Repaired a screen door that my dog ran through. I have been using them for a few years now at home and at my office. They are the most professional, honest and down to earth people I have met in the industry. They really make you feel like you are their number one customer no matter how small the Job. They have done a kitchen remodel, siding, windows, sliding glass doors, inside and outside doors. I refer them constantly. You cannot go wrong. The best that their is!!!!!

+ -1 moreExcellent job. Very professional, prompt, and courteous. The new windows are top quality, double-pane vinyl windows made my Anlin. Customer service was top-notch. They came out 8 months after the initial installation to repair one of the rollers on my sliding screen door. After reinstalling, the technician noticed a scratching sound when sliding the door. He wasn't able to correct it so he order a new door.
Description of Work: Removed old louver windows and replaced with vinyl.

Everyone involved in this process was exceptional. I am extremely happy with the service they provided and for the product itself. + -1 morePrice was kinda high, even after discounts (military & a sale going on at the time). The installers knew their jobs and performed them exceedingly well. I gave them a "B" for professionalism for talking "rough" to each other on the job site. Rough=Profane language. The only problem with the install was that one of the windows does not slide closed quietly like the others do. a slight "bump" can be heard. I spoke to them about it and they checked all their parameters which they said were satisfactory. I called their district manager who had them remove and reinstall the window with the same results. The manager then called in a more senior installer who after checking out the situation, said this sometimes happens and if their is any damage over time, they will fix it free of charge. This is in writing. We get a lot of freeway noise into our bedroom, which is why I wanted these windows. The 1st night we had them, I had the one facing the freeway cracked open about 8 inches (mostly closed), and the other completely open. I could not hear the freeway noise! These windows are well worth the cost.
Description of Work: Replaced my jalousie windows in 2 bedroom with high efficiency, sound dampening, slider type windows.

+ 1 moreThe job took longer than estimated because all the work performed was on the second floor. The work crew were professional, courteous and clean! We were not disappointed with the work and the product is fantastic! Our home is cooler and quiet!!!!

+ -1 moreTurns out they forgot to order one of the 7 windows. Problem was rectified by agreeing to another order to replace the forgotten window. I have used Windows Hawaii before and I am a repeat customer. Everybody makes mistakes. Forgetting to order a window is a big mistake. The sales guy was notified and he called me back quickly apologizing for the error. He offered a bigger discount for the missing window due to the error. What was surprising was that the 2nd guy who did the precise measurements didn't question as to why one window in the middle of the house was not being replaced. The crew was very courteous and professional. They cleaned up and was very careful in containing the debris during the demolition phase. Stanton, the head installer was on both of my jobs and is an excellent worker. I would highly recommend this company for replacement windows. The Anlin brand is a quality window manufacturer. I am totally pleased.

With discounts, the price was approx 1100 per window for a high quality, double-pane window that can be completely removed for washing. A bit more than we wanted to pay but isn't that always the case. The windows will be installed in Feb/March (this was part of the discount) and will review installation at that time.
