Description of Work: Sent emails requesting estimate. Got one response with no follow up. When I sent an email to check on status, it appeared that he was "put off". Very poor customer service.

+ 0 moreI am waiting for them to finish the job. It has been a little slow.
Description of Work: Williams provided concrete crack repair on my driveway and new color and sealing. The work as a little late starting, but once started, progressed in dur course to completion. When the sealer was applied, it changed the color we had chosen from a light sand to an amber shade. When I notified them of theis condition, they came promptly io inspect the work and said they would look into what could be done. They have since notified me that they will redo the color, the problem apparently due to old siealer. I am awaiting the notification that they are ready to act.

+ 0 moreTheir price were a bit high but they did an excellent job. They came on time and they were responsive to my questions.
Description of Work: Williams Hawaii came out and did masonry work for me last November. They sealed some cracks on our foundation and fixed the rusting rebar.

+ -1 moreI would recommend them to others. They were very responsive, did a pretty good job, were very careful and knew what they were doing. The guys were good and I can't say anything bad about them.
Description of Work: I used Williams Hawaii, Inc. for masonry last month in the last week of February. There was a crack in my and they debarred the cracks.
