I needed a screen replaced immediately. Darren responded immediately, came to my unit to inspect and remove the old screen, communicated with me his estimate and completion date, and finished the job on time. His price included driving to my unit, removing the screen, doing the repair/replacement, bringing it back and installing it. That's all people really want.

Overall if you have a small one time job. I'm sure he will be fine. I use Angie's list a lot for honest reviews and comments. His personal website as well as Angie's list said all the right things. However, property management shouldn't be on the list. If you have a one time small job I'm sure he can do just fine . It's a small island and Angie's list is very important to have as a reliable resource, especially if you live off island. This is as honest as II can be and I was extremely disappointed with the out come I just hope that Angie's list contains accurate reviews. My apologies to Darren. Very well. Timely arrival. Professional attitude. Workers took time to do work correctly. Cleaned up behind themselves when done. I will definitely use them again. They worked well together as they had a difficult time drilling through the steel posts to place my rods to several windows.

See note above. He responded promptly to my initial call, arrived promptly at the agreed time, had all needed tools with him, completed the work without any undue delay, breaks, etc, and cleaned up the area and removed all debris before leaving.
