Very pleased with the work and the team. They were professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again. Simone checked with me throughout the project. I would recommend this team. They were hard working Although I thought the cost was a little high at first, I was satisfied with the finished product and felt confident that it was money well spent.

We called Elite due to great ratings online (as well as one other masonry contractor. Although Sione showed up promptly and was quite nice--his manner of giving a estimate left us cold. He kept changing the $$$ by adding things or subtracting things and then RE-offering another price....right there. He gave a rediculous price for resurfacing (concrete stamping) our lanai and when I balked he kept CHANGING it--like that might prompt me to say YES. If I colored it myself, if we halped...etc etc. It was all smooth and FAST--too fast. My brother is a builder and was here working, went over the specs w him as well. Although he did measure distances (unlike the other guy!@#$) his manner of constantly changing the bid seemed a desperate attempt to get out business and we both balked at that. Sorry, rave reviewers, I'd not trust this bid as accurate nor the work behind it. It was too FAST, too rushed and we felt PRESSURED to say yes. When we did NOT give him an answer and ssaid we'd think about it??? NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN *The bid was for the lanai cement re-stamp as well as poured concrete retaining walls. If we went it would have been 16k.

They were not the cheapest. However, their quote included removal of gravel\dirt, pressure washing area concrete was to be laid, dulling in steel rods so the new concrete would not separate from the old concrete, and post job cleanup. The only contractor to significantly beat Elite Masons on the price was just going to mix concrete in a bucket and throw it down, or charge three times as much for the same quality of work. From start to finish, these guys were hard working and proved to be experts at the task. When the work was done, it was past sunset. To ensure that cleanup was done right, the foreman had us keep part of the final payment until guys were able to come back out during daylight to make sure the job site was cleaned up right. A+ craftsmen in this company.

Overall, the representative, Holika Manupule, was very responsive and very accommodating. Their workers were also very polite and accommodating. I would recommend this company.

I called Sione Manupule, the owner of Elite Masons on Friday afternoon. He immediately came to give me an estimate. He was very thorough, thinking thru all the angles of the project. He explained everything and offered suggestions. He quoted me a very fair price and said he would begin the following day. They arrived very early to deliver their materials and equipment. He was so quiet and respectful that neither I nor my neighbors even knew that he had come. He instructed his carpenter, Ivan, who was building the forms to not begin work until 7:30 am. Ivan was wonderful. He was very kind and careful as well. They built the forms and poured the concrete all on the same day. They worked into the evening when it became too dark to see, finishing the job. They cleaned up everything, leaving the site better than they found it. Sione, returned on Monday afternoon to remove the forms and grind the rock formation into the slab. He carefully painted it so it would look like rock instead of just a concrete slab. He is an artist. He carefully touched everything up over and over again until it was perfect. Then he sealed the concrete. This was above and beyond what I contracted for. I would hire this company again without hesitation. It was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor.

I received several estimates to remove a 4ft. x 6ft. section of my carport because it had settled downward. This section is also the support area for the carport framing post. I received the lowest bid from Elite Masons and contracted with them for the job. They started the work two days later which included: jacking up and supporting the structure, saw cut the section to be removed, breakout the existing concrete, dig down to a depth of 12 inches throughout the 4ft. x 6ft. area, drill into existing slab and epoxy re-bar into it, pour concrete into the open area and finish the new concrete. Set new support post, place structure back into place, clean up and remove the broken concrete debris, and clean up the general area. The crew from Elite Masons were a real pleasure to work with. At each phase of the job, they would not move forward to the next phase until you were satisfied with the work performed. No unforeseen issues, no project add ons, or cost increases, the work was performed perfectly and at the contract price. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
