CPT Yard Services

He had no justified caused to leave me by myself. He left it in such a bad condition that I am tempted to get my lawyer involved to get my money. He said he would come back and I have called him 18 times and he will not reply. The weeds are up to my knees. I told him he is welcome to do have in one day and half another day. I left him a message and said at least call me back. I think he is afraid to tell me he doesn't want to work again. It is going to cost me over $200 to have somebody else come fix my yard. No body has anything good to say about him. I am just sick about it.

He came initially. Once. I tracked him down for the second time, he had excuses and I allowed it. We all have things come up. After the cleanup, he scheduled to come for twice/month maintenance but never showed up. Tenants advised me after one month and I contacted him. He promised to come, and again never showed up. I included myself in the arrangements, he promised to come last saturday (8/3) and according to tenants, never showed up. According to him, his WORKERS came at 830 and no one was home. The tenants assured me they were there all day. Waiting. The yard is extremely overgrown again and I again will have to have a clean up charge from whoever I get next. VERY UNHAPPY!!

The sprinkler system, had problems from the beginning (would not shut off). Then failed to show when promised, apparently fixed 3 times, Finally had to call a professional and he said it was done all wrong, and the timer box had to be replaced and that the wrong heads had been used and placed incorrectly. Suggested I have the entire system turned off and re-done. Chris committed (promised) to coming several times and did not show. Installed a fence on the hill that fell down. Bad experience for me. Seemed like a nice guy, but really failed to perform.

We initially had a few noticeable leaks and I asked Chris to come over to check it out. He came on the same day and provided the service for a fair price. He even detected other leaks that we did not notice and repaired those as well. At the completion of this part of the work we were looking over the system, and he noticed something that I didn't and came back the following day to take care of it. He was not satisfied until he knew that the job was completely done. We then asked Chris to replace some old grass and edging in our backyard, and again, Chris came through on a timely basis and completed the job on time and on schedule. He even went above and beyond to make it even better than we had discussed just to make sure that we were completely happy with this work. I would most definitely use Chris again and I have already recommended him to many friends!

Well my front lawn was a big mess, it was full weeds, i had St. Augustine grass before, but then the weeds(crab grass) seem to have taken over because of the neighbors yard. All they have growing was weeds(crab grass). So, I decided to replant grass and have my front looking beautiful again. ( I actually found CPT Yard Services on craigslist , until recently i came across their ads on Angie's list and i figured it would be great to make review since they have done a wonderful job on my lawn). I saw CPT Yard Services adds and i called to have them come for an estimate, Chris(owner) responded and came that same day. He gave a fair price for installation a sprinkler and planting my new grass(el toro). After agreeing on the price, he immediately sprayed herbicide to kill all the existing weeds. They came a back two days later to begin installation my sprinkler, they were very professional on what they were doing. After two days of installation the sprinkler and the weeds starting to show the effect of the herbicide, they started on the soil preparation and planted my new grass. Chris also spread Roundstar herbicide before planting the grass, he explained to me, that this will prevent any seeds of my neighbors yard from growing on my new lawn,,, CPT Yard Services were very friendly and professional on their work. I also decided to hire them to come every two weeks to do yard work on my back yard and they will help me maintain the weeds on my beautiful new front lawn...
