They shoved anything and everything in random boxes. Wine glasses were on the bottom of heavy stuff. A garment box was NOT used. They took all hanging items and tossed them into a box- hangars and all - then dumped tv wires and cords on top of all of my dresses so they were all crumpled up. The 2000 dollar treadmill was not even wrapped or even covered!! It also had the weight of all the boxes on it that they stacked in the shipping container. One box had my glass shelves in it, that were not wrapped, and were on the outside edge of the box with a plastic tub in the middle. Boxes were crushed. A glass lamp was not wrapped and stuck in a laundry basket, I could go on and on. Every box I opened I was in complete shock at the way it was packed, heavy items thrown in on top of fragile unwrapped items. 75% of my pictures were broken. They did not cover the edges - so the frames broke as well. One artwork can not be replaced. Bottom line- Absolutly NO CARE was taken on my items. They basically threw them into a box and taped them up. I have A LOT of pictures of how my items arrived and will be happy to share them. I would avoid this company in the future.

They showed before job and it took three hours for one guy to pack the whole house. There were some things that were broken.

Horrible experience overall. They called to inform me that they would be late due to truck problems the date of my delivery which was fine but it ended up being 4 hours late. I had to sit around and wait that whole time. My goods were unloaded quickly but then they lied and said that they could not find the box with my parts to assemble my furniture and they left. I found the box about 5 minutes later. They did send a couple people to assemble my furniture the next day but they did less than half of what needed to be done and I kept finding them watching my tv instead of working. I ended up having to put the bulk of my things together because they were so difficult to work with. They did get a furniture expert to come assemble one piece that I couldn't do and his service was excellent but he did not work for their company. Lastly I requested them to come pick up the empty boxes and again it was such a headache to try to work with them that I ended up doing it myself. It was the worst experience I've ever had with movers and I would never use this company again.
