I liked their price estimation and they follow through.

He was very timely and understood his product and was good about getting back to us with new details. We have not yet chosen a contractor for the work.

I think Best Vinyl is great. We had some major plumbing issues and when the fence was damaged by contractors working on the property. Best Vinyl came an repaired that as well. When we collected three other estimates, Best Vinyl offered the best value.

The end of the job was great. There were some scheduling issues to get the installers out to the job site. It took two times for them to come out. The first visit was to put the posts in and there was a gap in between setting the posts and installing the fence of approximately eight days and I felt it should have been handled sooner. It took about a half dozen calls on my part to get the job completed. The capabilities of the installers was outstanding but the communication with the company was problematic. I would still recommend this company just as so long as a potential customer is not in a hurry.

My Neighbors stop and comment on how nice the fence looks. We are extremely happy with the end result. They took care of any problems that arose with completely to our satisfaction. The Estimate was right on, could ask for a better one and the crew professional job all the way through the project.

Overall experience with price, responsiveness, punctionality and professionalism was excellent. Quality of work was and is excellent. I have made a few changes to my fence system, changed gate latches as the magnetic ones didn't work as advertised. The company came out in a reasonable time and changed them, refunding my money for the expensive magnetic latches and installing "regular" gate latches at a lower cost. About a year after installation, my 14 y/o son hit the fence playing football in the backyard. The bottom cross piece came completely out of the post. Made me think the vinyl material they used was kind of flimsy. I called the Best Vinyl salesman and they had it fixed within a week at what I thought was a reasonable cost, $100.00. I had a vinyl fence installed at another property I own about 5 years ago. Different company. The material seems much sturdier, though no one is playing football over there:-). If I were going to install another fence, I would look at other companies and really inspect the material they use.

They were very knowledgeable about their product and felt it was competent for my needs.

I think they are local. The fence went down due to a big storm in late February. They did a good job on the fence and I am happy with it but I am not very happy with everything else. I have a pool and an in-ground sprinkler system and I told them where the pool pipes were and where the in-ground sprinkler system pipes were and they destroyed all of that. I am still trying to fix it and it is costing me a lot of money and a lot of grief. They had no liability and they just walked away and left a big mess here. I think they subcontracted out to other people to put the fence up. I don't think it is their people. I don't know. I am still trying to deal with the mess.

They did a great job. I would use them in the future.

BEST VINYL FENCING Best Vinyl Fencing's service was pretty good, we are really happy with the fencing, but we were not to thrilled with the nylon locks, the locks don't work right. Other than the locking hardware, We are happy about everything else.We would recommend them.
