They (father and son) showed up on time, and were very professional when providing us with an estimate. They kept within the estimate (even dropping the price by $100 when the work took less time to complete than budgeted for). They did excellent work and were very pleasant to work with. I think it is the best experience that we have ever had with a contractor. I would highly recommend them.

John and his son Micah came in to finish remodeling of 1 small bedroom into an office and another for use as a nursery for our son on the way. Ironically, my name is John, and we are planning to name our son Micah! We couldn't have asked for better named workers or for better work. :) John provided a detailed estimate which was competitive with other bids and was able to start the work within a very reasonable time-frame. They were extremely punctual, courteous to surroundings, and efficient to complete the job. They were also very flexible with minor changes or additions I wanted to make throughout the course of the work. We were very pleased with the results and John and his son went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with not just the work in general, but every last detail. The work was completed on time, in very close alignment to the estimate, and at a high quality. We would recommend them to anyone and will certainly hire them again in the future.

I called John and he gave me a quote over the phone which was very reasonable. He and his son work as a team. They arrived on time, worked until the job was done and left the premises in pristine condition. I will definitely hire them again and would encourage anyone else to hire them. They did a great job and they were very professional.

John is punctual, professional, and smart. He demo'd the door frame and threshold in no time, and applied a compound to prevent moisture seeping up through the concrete. He was able to find a new door frame so that the existing door could be saved as well as keeping the job cost in line. The new threshold was put in properly, and John patched the source of the water from the upper deck. We are very pleased with his work, and would definitely hire him again.

Contractor did a very good job making the repaired drywall section fit into the rest of the ceiling. He was a real craftsman with drywall and I certainly would recommend him to others who have drywall repairs. He was here for approximately 8-hours and I thought considering that, his price was very reasonable.

I called Small World Industries on Tuesday and he scheduled me in for Wednesday afternoon dependent on how his Wednesday morning job went. He called me at noon as planned and was available to as hoped for. He took a look at the work that needed to be done, provided a quote, and got right to work. Two hours later it was completed - on time for me to make a doctor's appointment and right on with the estimate. John was professional, friendly, and very competent. Couldn't ask for better price-wise.

John does not cut corners; does excellent detailed work; and be engaged on a firm price basis and/or hourly basis. The nice part is honest and can be trusted on an hourly basis. I have used him for many different projects for the past year and have always been fully satisfied. John is always my first call. If he can't do it - he'll tell you and then you can use a more expensive trade specific contractor for your problem.

Estimate given on Saturday, started work, on time, Monday morning, finished on Wed. Weather was not great but they hung tarps to continue work. Very good professional workers. I will be calling them back for more work.

The experience was a great one. We had a bit of a hard time addressing a complicated electrical issue with the installation of a bathroom fan, which may in time require the services of an electrician. Otherwise, John was professional, courteous, and willing to do the work.
