I talked to Brian, he had an opening in his schedule and was able to get to a very serious situation - I had a leak in my condo and the water was coming from upstairs. The upstairs unit had to be repair before it could be rented and Brian came out the same day I called him. They did all the work the same day, and the price went the same way too - they saved me a lot of money.
