Description of Work: After interviewing several contractors, I chose Wayne Kane at Solid Builders to completely remodel my bathroom. The project involved gutting the bathroom and starting from scratch. From day one, Wayne and his assistant were on the job! Wayne listened to my ideas and worked with them. I felt that I could reach him via phone, text or email at any time and be assured of a prompt reply. He had high standards for himself and his workers. The job was completed to my total satisfaction. I highly recommend Wayne Kane and Solid Builders.

Description of Work: Nothing but great things to say about Wayne. He was prompt, available, reliable, beat the deadline and kept me informed the whole time which is nice because I don't live on Oahu. My property is in Turtle Bay, he lives in town and he had no problem making the drive every day. He specializes in kitchen and bath remodels which he did for me along with replacing my flooring, painted the inside, replaced all light fixtures and replaced my doors. My place looks brand new. He will be my first call when I need anything done.

+ 0 moreWayne came to a property that we are looking at purchasing and spent time with us to get a detail of what we wanted done so he could provide us with an estimate. He took the time to really explain things to us. The estimate was a bit much for us but he is willing to negotiate so that's wonderful! We are hoping to get this property so we can have him renovate the house to make it our dream home.

+ 2 moreWayne and his crew (Ikaika and Pat) showed up everyday about 7:45 started work at 8 am and had the whole bathroom cleared out in a few hours They work very quick and efficient. not to much talking they new exactly what to do. Wayne did a wonderful job on installing the Tile for the shower We Liked the fact that he met us at The Tile Store to go over Out Tile Selection. He also picked up all the Tile and Bulk items like the vanity and Toilet at no charge, he installed Grab bars to make it easier for my Mom to maneuver around. Overall we are very pleased. We just got an estimate from him to do out Kitchen.
Description of Work: Wayne Was very Professional in Listening to our request for a new ADA Compliant Bathroom, We put New Tile Floor, Vanity, mirrors. toilet and shower. Wayne showed up on time and his 2 helpers were always very nice. They laid out drop clothes every morning and covered the floors. Our home was swept clean every day and when they left for the day it was like they were never here that is what impressed me the most.
