+ -1 moreIf you are looking for an incompetent, untimely, unprofessional real estate agent Sharon Lewis of Century 21 Real Estate is the agent for you. Not only did she provide untimely, inaccurate or no communication what so ever, she lacks professionalism, ability to do her job and any sort of responsiveness. When presented with contracts or amendments that are crucial and action must be timely to close on a home, she can?t even check her email, voicemail or forward these documents to the seller in a timely manner or not at all. My bank has sent closing documents a month ago, funding 5 times! A month later, I STILL have not closed; the seller nor the sellers? agent can?t even provide any communication that they are willing nor able to close on this property. If you are looking for a real estate agent that is helpful and will do what it takes to get your house sold/bought DO NOT ever hire Sharon Lewis.
Description of Work: I entered into purchase contract to buy a 1bedroom/1 bathroom townhome on the Windward side of Oahu on 22JUN2010. Contracted closing date was 13AUG2010. The sellers listing agent - Sharon S. Lewis of Century 21 Lewis Real Estate in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Today is now 13SEP2010, one month after contracted closing, and the Seller and Seller's Agent Sharon Lewis have not been able to complete closing documents. Even in todays market, with foreclosed properties on the rise, a more than qualified buyer can not close on a property due to an incompetent real estate agent.
