+ 0 moreThe owner of the company, Mr. Bob Cutts, came out in February to view the job and provided a very detailed written quote. Because of conflicts between our schedule and Mr. Cutts' schedule we were not able to schedule the work to be done until June. On the scheduled day Mr. Cutts and his crew showed up on time and immediately commenced work. Over the next two weeks they arrived promptly around 0900 and worked until about 1630 each day, Monday through Saturday. The work was very well scheduled and did not interfere with our schedules or other work I had being done on my house. The quality of the concrete work and the tile work is superior. Mr. Cutts is 100% hands-on and has a very experienced crew assisting him. The job site was cleaned up each day and there was never an overnight mess. While this was an expensive repair job, I am very satisfied with the finished work and would highly recommend Pua Aina and Mr. Cutts.
Description of Work: Remove 13" of existing pool deck around the perimeter of inground pool and spa (custom kidney shape approx 20' x 40') and install new steel reinforced concrete coping. Remove and replace approximately 120 sq ft of 4" concrete pool deck. Replace existing 6" waterline tile around the perimeter of the pool and spa with new waterline ceramic tile. Install two (2) owner provided handrails, one for the pool and one for the spa.
