+ -1 moreI had a bunch of electrical repairs, ceiling fans, wall a/c units, sockets that needed repair at our rental. Told my property manager to call them. Checked back with my property mgr. and the repairs were completed.
Description of Work: Repaired coupld of sockets, ceiling light /fan fixtures and couple of wall units. I don't usually do these after service surveys but Kawakami Electric provides outstanding service at a reasonable price. Also used them previously to upgrade service at our old house. Not only were they fast, but were competitively priced better than other company's that I got bids from. I suggest them to anyone who asks.

+ -1 moreEric's and his guys were somewhat quiet but they worked super fast often times being ahead of us. They were also very flexible and accomodating when we added some requests like installing ceiling fans and additional light switches and sockets coming back at least two or three times to handle additional requests at no additional charge. Started work promptly at 7:30 am everyday, often times being here earlier and waiting for us to leave. Definitely would recommend and use again.
Description of Work: Rewired/ugraded our whole house (built in 1943) from knob and tube to bring up to code and move electric meter location and mast to front of house. Their estimate was significantly lower than other two contractors who submitted estimates. eg. $9500 vs. others, 15000. Final bill came out to less that estimate $8900.
