Fantastic painter! Easy to work with. Responded immediately to a request for an estimate and came over to give a free estimate. He was booked several months out so we had to make a reservation, but when the reserved day arrived, so did Eric, right on time and with a cheerful smile. The job was done perfectly and in record time. Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about Eric and the job he and his crew accomplished. Workmanship was outstanding, they were always punctual, their clean ups exceptional, the price excellent, and Eric has great communication skills. Our house looks better than ever thanks to Eric. We're very happy to have found IE Painting and highly recommend Eric to anyone in need of his services.

It went perfectly. Eric has excellent communication skills, was professional, and very pleasant. The house looks fantastic now. It was more affordable than we expected, and the work was high quality. We will definitely hire Eric again when we are ready to work on the interior.

Job went very well. Eric's quote was not only the best price, it was the most comprehensive about what was to be done. His quote satisfied all my questions about what was to be done. I had to go to the mainland for a trip and Eric still completed the job by communicating with me by phone and email when he had questions. The house looks fantastic. It's sheen is like new. I had previous paint jobs and they always looked okay but it looked just like a new coat of paint. Eric's job made the house look like a new house! He also did all the details that showed attention to his job - like the surfaces under the eaves and under the garage, the connecting fence and walkway railings. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who needs to paint their house.

I couldn't give a better recommendation. They showed up on time every morning, were courteous to my neighbors, cleaned up every day, and most importantly the work was absolutely meticulous. The required caulking was brutal but they didn't cut a corner anywhere. Eric and his team are easy to work with and absolutely trustworthy. When its time to paint again, I'm calling them for sure.

Eric was great - he was extremely flexible in timing the job, communicated well on when they would start, and helpful in coordinating the painting so I didn't have to move everything out of the house but could move stuff room to room. They completed the job faster than anticipated, and it looks great. Overall they did one large living room, an office (with a build-in bookshelf and 8 cabinets), a bedroom (with closet), and stairwell hallway (with one wall two stories high). Eric and Scotty helped me move some of the furniture around too, and even removed (and disposed of) some vertical blinds from the living room for me. I got Eric to give me a quote for the rest of our rooms; not sure when I'll finish painting the house, but I'll definitely use IE Painting when I do!

It went very well. They kept to their timeline, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up at the end of each day. I am pleased with the results and will probably have them do the interior sometime down the road.

Went very well...on site every morning early..645 AM. Worked very steady through the day. Cleaned up and straighten all surrounding areas at the end of eachday. House looks perfect,,,very happy with Eric and partner Scott.

Couldn't have been better. I painted the house myself last time--took forever and looked nowhere near as good as the house and garage do now, after hiring IE to do the job. Eric provided a very quick estimate and it was a very reasonable quote for the size of the job. I wasnt in a hurry, but he and his sidekick were able to fit it in within a couple of weeks. They matched my existing paint and over only 3.5 days accomplished everything they promised in the estimate. I saw the stages and am very satisfied by their attention to detail and thoroughness of the job. My neighbor tracked their efforts too and will likely soon give them a call... House looks great and IE is a trustworthy, professional, and very competent business. I'll definitely seek their help next time I need major painting done.

They showed up prompt and on-time. You could tell that they were professionals, they removed their shoes, showed an extreme amount of respect and did a top notch job in less time than I thought it would take. I will definitely use their services again.

We were very satisfied with every aspect of the work done. It was a fairly big project in that it took over 5 days of painting and we needed some minor wood repair as well as caulking. Eric and his crew did everything exactly as promised and the house looks brand new from the outside. The work involved a lot of detail work and his crew was meticulous in getting it right the first time. There was some confusion on the original quoted price and whether we or not we got the Angie's List discount. He had already discounted the price when he gave me the original quote but that discount was not annotated on the quote so I assumed it was going to be taken off later. Rather than just sticking to the original quote price, he gave me another discount on top of that since his original quote was not clear. This commitment to customer service was much appreciated.

Here's the reason I love the work that Eric and his helper(s) do: First of all, EVERYTHING that was stored up against the cottage was safely moved out of the way; next, they power-washed the entire surface and checked for anything that might need minor repairs or attention before starting the paint job. The place was primed and then painted with Benjmin Moore paint. After doing the cottage (650sq ft), the one wall of our own home was painted because of a lot of fading. Eric arrives on time for work and works steadily until late afternoon. After the paint job was cone everything was put back in place looking even tidier than before. The property was treated with care and professional service. Eric is smart, friendly and very capable. His business will only grow with this degree of competence. This is the second or third time Eric has done work for us and we are always pleased with the results. He has even gone out of his way to do things as a favor.

Before I even met with Eric I was impressed, as he sent me an extensive list of references prior to our initial meeting, and without me even requesting it. He came over within a couple days of my contacting him and followed up with a bid on the job very quickly. He was friendly, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a way I felt was complete and honest. It was an amazing experience working with him, as I have had problems with many of the men I have hired in the past to do various jobs on my property. Working with Eric was so easy! He showed up on time every day, was always in good mood, and his crew worked great together. He worked very hard in the hot sun, but always had an attitude of enjoying his work and his life. It was a joy to be around him! I was a bit intimidated by the scope of this project, as my house is large and had not been painted since I bought it. There were a lot of cracks that needed to be repaired and some wood rot (I live by the ocean). In addition there are a number of lanais and detail work that I wanted to get done. But Eric did not seem at all intimidated. He said the job would take 17 business days to complete, and it actually took him 16 1/2 days---even though I kept adding additional work into the project. He did an excellent job in all facets of the work, from the prep to the clean-up. My house looks gorgeous now! I honestly couldn't be happier. I will recommend Eric to all of my friends and neighbors and will hire him for all future painting jobs. He is The Best of the best! And on top of all that, he's an incredibly nice person. I could see that his goal is to leave every client with a smile on her face, and he definitely did that for me!

Eric gave a prompt estimate at a reasonable price. Eric and his crew pressure washed the eaves, precisely installed aluminum vent covers, and painted the eaves. He was very professional, punctual, very conscientious, and easy to communicate with. The workmanship was perfect. The previous reviews on Angie's List were positive and helpful; I echo them and completely recommend him for quality work.

Everything went great. Eric and his crew showed up when expected and completed the work on-time. Our house had exterior wood problems my wife and I were not aware of so IE fixed the issues prior to painting. After the power wash the house never looked cleaner. The paint looks great. I never had ANY issues with Eric or IE over the quality of work, it was outstanding. Eric is very easy to work with, is honest and does great work. I found Eric through Angie's List and I encourage others to do the same.

Eric's service was great. I phoned and setup a time for him to stop by. After taking a walk around the house to see what need to be done, it was obvious to me that Eric knew his stuff. He was easy to communicate with and he seemed to know right away what needed to be done. Eric was very accommodating and we were able to schedule the prep work on a day that would work for both of us. The work: Eric and his assistant were very efficient and did a great job. The work looks great. They came when they said they would, finished the work on time and within the estimated cost. In fact, Eric even did some extra work that was not in the proposal for no extra charge. When done, everything was cleaned up, swept, etc as needed. In addition to doing great work, they were friendly and easy to deal with. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Eric. If I need any future painting work done, I will definitely call him.

IE Painting was prompt and very courteous and professional. They started the job and ended it when they were supposed to. They did an excellent job.

I wish there was a better word to use than "OUTSTANDING, but that word exactly describes Eric's work. The work that Eric and his crew (3-total) accomplished was absolutely "first-rate". In some areas they went "above and beyond the call.." Initially to evaluate Eric's work, we had him paint and interior wall of a bedroom... we were completely satisfied and asked for a quote on the exterior of both houses... Eric provided a 10% Angie's List discount as well as a 5% proximity discount, because he is located down the street from us. His bid/quote was much lower than the previous painter that we didn't bother to get anymore estimates. On the sunny-side of the main house, the old paint was severely cracked and peeling... without being prompted, Eric used three (3) coats of primer and two (2) coats of paint. Eric also pruned and cutback all the plants/shrubs next to the hollow tile wall he painted. Eric did a great job on the front gate, which has anthuriums and required a lot of detailed work. Overall, IE Painting, Eric and Scotty, in particular did an excellent job (A++). They were extremely conscientious, courteous, accommodating and exceptionally easy to get along with. I would not hesitate to use IE Painting and I highly recommend IE Painting... you won't find any a better painters.

We hired IE Painting to paint exterior of the house and patio. I was impressed with the contract and I really enjoyed working with Eric, who was very helpful and responsive. The painting guys did a careful job prepping, and were very conscious; they cleaned up very carefully every day. They finished on schedule and the house looks great! I'd gladly hire IE Painting again.

Overall it went great. Eric painted my entire house, inside and out. He showed up early in the morning and worked long hours. He was very concerned with making everything look very pretty.

Eric and his crew are not finished. When they are through, I will have a better answer.

Eric returned my phone call soon after I left a message for him. He came over to see what work I needed done. My husband and I enjoyed meeting Eric as his personality is so positive and friendly. I had several areas that needed repairs before painting and I showed them to him. Eric assured me that he could take care of the rust stains, wood rot, and other concerns I had. Everything Eric promised to do during the "walk around" was later done at the appointed date. When an opening became available sooner, Eric emailed me and we set a time, etc. The work itself was done quite well. No problems at all. Little extras were much appreciated.

The overall experience was very positive. The workers arrived punctually and worked steadily for three days. On the last day, we were asked to do a walk-through and to point out any other work that needed to be done. We were pleased with the work and will certainly used this company again in the future when we have further projects.
