We have a wrap around front porch that is exposed to the sun pretty much through out the day. Although the house is a new build (4 years old), the sun was taking its toll on the railing and columns. I called IE Painting up and they came by the next day on a Sunday. The gentleman was very friendly, courteous and very knowledgable about the task at hand. He even pointed out the builder didn't caulk the joints to prevent water from seeping into the wood. Once he looked over everything, he gave me an estimate of $425 which was way cheaper than what I had thought. He even picked up the cost of the paint. Once they came by, it took them a few hours to get the job done. The added bonus was they had extra paint left over so they painted the trim around the outside porch windows at no added cost!!

My interaction with them was outstanding. I haven’t actually paid them yet. This was the second time that I used them.

Eric is a friendly, committed, and honorable contractor. His proposal was well-scoped to my budget. He handles change requests fairly and follows through on checklist items. I will contact him again when the need arises.

Our house is a rental and we don't live in Hawaii so it was a challenge to find people to complete all the work we needed done. We found Eric here, on Angie's list and called on a Saturday and he was out to the house by Sunday morning to see the job. We had a quote from him by Sunday afternoon. It was a month before we got organized and decided to hire him. We came to Hawaii to do some work ourselves and Eric was able to do the exterior work while we were there. Due to budget restraints, we decided to paint the interior of the house ourselves but did not finish before it was time to leave so we asked Eric to finish the painting that needed to be done. After leaving town, Eric finished the interior rooms and sent pictures of the completed work for us to see. He worked hard, showed up when he said he was going to show up and finished the job in the time he said he would finish. He responded to all communications promptly and we felt comfortable enough to trust him to work while we were not in Hawaii. Eric even had exterior paint left over and asked if we wanted him to paint a wall for free. I would hire Eric again in a heartbeat with no worries! Working with him was the easiest and smoothest part of our whole remodel of the house.

Eric and his teammate were very professional in their work and punctuality. They worked hard from start to finish and completed the job ahead of schedule. I would hire him again.

It went great. I called Eric for an estimate. He arrived promptly, looked around, and emailed me an estimate a few days later. I had searched Google to find the average price of painting the interior and exterior of a house. The price Eric quoted me was what I expected. After accepting Eric's proposal, I put down a deposit and Eric's guys showed up to begin the work. Prepping and painting took just a few days. Everything went like clockwork. Very neat work and no mess for me to clean up.

As reported above, it was wonderful from start to finish.

Eric was fairly priced. He showed up on time and was very professional. He was fast and clean and even did some extra stuff for free. He has a easy going demeanor and was very nice. The cabinets came out beautifully and i will use him in the future.
