+ -1 moreIT WENT VERY WELL! HE WAS VERY QUICK AND DETAILED. WHEN WE LEFT I FELT I KNEW ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH THE HOUSE. I'D RATE CHARLES WITH AN A+!!!!!
Description of Work: CHARLES WAS THERE EARLY FOR THE INSPECTION HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE INSPECTED EVERYTHING AND WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AS HE WENT THROUGH OUT THE HOUSE!!!
