Description of Work: They said they could find a small leak. But ours was too small and they couldn't find it but it was an automatic charge to come out and tell us it was too small to fix. Not sure on date. It was a long time ago

I called someone else as they suggested.
Description of Work: He called me back on the weekend, listened to my needs, and then explained their services. He suggested I call a regular plumber so that I wasn't wasting my time or money. Very professional and looking out for the customer.

After explaining my situation, he patiently explained where the leaks could be originating from and how to go about finding them; encouraged me to call his cell anytime over the weekend, if I had any questions. All this dialogue helped me and him truly determine whether he needed to come out with all his equipment and the charges I could be incurring -- all in plain, easy to understand language and lots of patience.
Description of Work: He provided step-by-step directions to thoroughly diagnose the problem over the phone and ended up not charging me for his time and expertise.

I needed a leak detection because I was buying a house and my inspector identified a leak problem. The water meter was running continuously. Peter identified that the problem was between the water main and a regulator that the seller's plumber had installed 2 weeks prior. I had suspected this, but I decided to spend the $ for peace of mind and to avoid (if there was a huge problem) massive bills post-purchase. I called Christmas night (Sunday), not realizing that the phone rings directly to Peter's house. Peter responded the next day and (after flexing with the seller's schedule) came out Tuesday morning. If the seller had been able, Peter was ready to come out on Monday. He was very professional, knowledgable, and is willing to travel.

We had a leak in our hot water line but was unable to locate it. I heard about this company and so checked out Angies list before calling. The owner of the company was prompt in returning my call and scheduling a visit. He was heading out that week but had another person fill in. Let's just say that if you can get the owners expertise I would recommend waiting till he is available. His knowledge and suggestions were invaluable. The first proposal for repair required a jackhammer to the cement slab with a cost of 1650.00 approx. After the owner returned I called the company again and he gave me alternative suggestions which avoided the demolishing of the bathroom floor. In fact the suggestions allowed us to make the repairs by re-routing the hot water line and thus avoiding major damages. We did have to cut into the walls and ceiling but with the solar recently added re-routing was simpler in the long run. Dry wall and paint were the finishing touches.
Description of Work: Prior to starting by at least several hours we were asked to turn on the hot water line. (We basically knew from the start that it was the hot water line leaking but couldn't locate the exact spot) Let the area flood so that when they do there sound test and imaging it pings off the flooded area. Once they locate the vicinity of the leak they mark the area. To be more specific they would need access either into the wall or flooring. Once detected then they offer to fix & repair it.

Returned call in timely manner, made appointment. Arrived within 15 minutes of appointed time. Was friendly, listened to concerns, then began narrative on what would be done, as it was being done. While examining shower wall, heard water running, and asked if anyone else was in the house. When told "no," he said then I had a toilet that was losing water. Found it to be the one in the master bedroom ... faulty flapper. Advised me to replace it, which I have done, and the intermittent flushing is gone. Determined that I had no leaks, but water was creeping up the shower wall at the joint, and needed to be recaulked. I mentioned a lack of water pressure at the shower head, and he advised me to get a new head with a removable restrictor. Did as advised, and have pressure back in my shower!! Won't tell you how many years that has been. Service call was expensive, but high-tech tools used to discover that I really didn't have a leak in my pipes create a peace-of-mind that is priceless.
Description of Work: Checked between walls with moisture detector and infrared scope for leak. Determined cause of problem, and advised on solution. Noticed another problem and advised on its resolution as well.

They found the leak under our master bathroom foundation and gave us a couple of options. We chose to have them reroute a new line instead of digging up the concrete. This was much cheaper and easier.
Description of Work: We had a subsurface leak and asked them find and repair it.
