This is the best group of craftsmen that I have EVER hired. Their skill and professionalism is far superior to any other construction firm I have ever hired for any reason. Solutions to unforeseen issues were plentiful and the fix was executed immediately. Joseph was on site for the entire 3.5 weeks they were bringing our home back to as perfect as it can be. Every day there was a thorough cleaning of the areas under construction (we were living in the house during construction) and all trash and debris were contained and removed as necessary during the entire process. The entire team is a well oiled machine that demonstrates what teamwork is all about. They are true Olympians in the world of construction. and any customer would be privileged to have them do their job. Definitely recommend!

Joseph is one of the most meticulous handymen I've ever met. Really careful work, everything measured twice, and his demeanor and communication is so great, you know exactly where he's going and what he's going to do, and when it will be done. Really easy to work with and absolutely dependable.

Excellent. I've used 3-Fold for many years on full renovations. Everything from bathroom to drywall renovations. Professional, thorough, and always clean-up.

The owners of 3-Fold Craftsman, Joseph and Jacqueline are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They care about quality and service. They have great integrity and commitment. Joseph also has a very good artistic sense and "eye" so is very helpful at designing solutions such as our driveway gate and entryway. He is willing to provide suggestions and he's also willing to listen. He takes pride in his work. And, unlike many contractors he and his crew work quickly. When they are on site, there is no time lost. And he doesn't hesitate to return if something isn't quite working as it should. Joseph is absolutely scrupulous about sticking to the estimated cost and not incurring any overruns without discussing options in advance. There are no "don'ts" in working with 3-Fold. I would recommend them without hesitation. The "do's" are those that we would use with every contractor: 1) Make sure you discuss the scope fully up front and get realistic time frames for completion. Ask about other projects to which the company is committed that might "conflict" with yours. 2) Review the work as it is progressing so if there are changes/corrections, they can be made easily. 3) Review the designs carefully in advance.

They also do kitchen and bathroom remodeling. They did some drywall work for us too, and he came on a Sunday to finish the work. Everything went well and the work was very good. The work that was done and the time that it took them to do it I think it was a very good price. If they said they would be here at 8:30 then they were here at 8:30 and they were very professional. We bought a condo and we are going to remodel the kitchen and they are going to do the work.
