Tommy and his crew did a great job at my place. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. First of all the customer service was excellent! Tommy is such a nice guy and he did his best to work around my challenging schedule and to guide me in the process of buying the right type of tile and other details related to this job. I felt like he took a real interest in it, and in making sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. His crew was professional. They were all respectful of the space, did an excellent job cleaning up every day, and were easy to have around here, quiet, hard-working and nice guys. The work itself was very well done and looks beautiful. I felt that the price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely hire Tommy for any future work in my house or my rentals. I really appreciate working with someone like him. Highly recommended!

I live on the mainland and needed someone to replace the worn carpet in my O'ahu condo with ceramic tile. I received several bids -- Tommy's rates were very reasonable and he assured me that my tenants would not have to move out while the tile was being installed. Tommy made suggestions, answered my questions promptly and worked around my tenants' schedules to cause the least disruption to their lives. The tile is beautiful and the project finished on budget and a day earlier than planned. I will absolutely hire Tommy the Tiler for my next tile installation. Mahalo, Tommy!

My bathrooms are about 5X6 and 6X8 feet. The latter one is kind of an F shape with an additional closet for the toilet. Chuck did the whole job from removing (and replacing) the toilet, to providing and installing the backer board and installing the 20" square porcelain tile I had purchased myself. He helped me choose a grout color and paid for the grout himself. He was always prompt, didn't get any mess on my carpeted stairs or bedroom, cleaned up completely every day, and consulted me about the layout of the large tiles before he glued them down. It took 3 days each to do the bathrooms. The finished job is beautiful. Perfect. I couldn't be happier with the price or the workmanship.

This is the second or third time I have worked with Tommy. He is a very nice guy, a true craftsman, and very reasonable in his charges. I have already recommended him to several people, would not hesitate to call him again for anything we needed that he could do. Truly one of the best in terms of quality, professionalism, and beyond that a really nice person to work with.
