Description of Work: They replaced dryer components.

Description of Work: I had to wait a little while to get them to look at my dishwasher. They were super busy because they are so good. They were very responsive by phone and email, got in to address my problem and make recommendations. Price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the service and would definitely Square Repair again.

Description of Work: the gentleman called to tell me he was on his way. arrived in ten minutes. showed him the refrigerator and told him the problem. he knew right away what the problem was and went right to work to correct it. his demeanor, actions, and communication was highly professional while being friendly. he completed the work in 30 minutes and since there were no parts involved, just charged me for the service. he explained to my wife and I in plain (non-technical) language what caused the problem and things we can do to prevent another occurrence. will definitely have him back to fix other major appliances and will refer him to others.

Description of Work: Replaced the lower heating element in the oven

Description of Work: Mike was very professional when he came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. While waiting for him to call back, which was a long time, I found out that the part was covered by Sears so I opted to have them do the repair. Mike was very nice about it. I would use him for other repairs

Description of Work: replaced electronic panel on a dishwasher. part ran about $150.

Description of Work: He does not do Samsung fridges but was going to try. After looking it up he recommended another service. Class move.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my refrigerator. The water dispenser had a consistent drip. Mike replaced a valve. Water is not dripping anymore. I gave him all "A".

Description of Work: Dryer stopped working. I called, left message with problem and dryer make and model number. When Mike arrived, he reviewed problem and went straight to the problem. He must of known what the problem most probably was, because he had it in his bag. When he replaced part, he showed me old part and were it was broken. Once part was replaced, he tested the dryer. He was in and out in 20 minutes! Super nice gentleman and down to eart - like in the old times! Highly recommend!
